Ray Barnard
Managing Director
The team is led by Managing Director Ray Barnard who boasts over 27 years experience in Sales and Marketing. During his time at a speciality chemicals multinational, Ray was elevated to the position of European Sales and Marketing Director successfully overseeing new divisional start-ups for the company in France, Italy, Germany and the UK. He was also responsible for the introduction of a range of products in 1988, which are still available today and widely used, by amongst others, British Gas. Over the passed 12 years Ray has been developing his skills and experience further within a small business environment accumulating in the creation of Lumisi Ltd. Ray’s unique experience of working both within a corporate environment and with SME's have been vital to the development of Lumisi and is also invaluable to Lumisi creative branding projects.
Luke Gooding
Creative Director
Luke’s areas of expertise are in the creation and development of brand identity, driven by a passion for graphic design and an extensive knowledge of producing artwork for all types of print production. Having setup and successfully ran his own design partnership in London since 1998, he relocated to the North West of England and subsequently merged the business to create Lumisi Ltd. Landmark projects include a product launch for StatPro Revolution at the prestigious Tate Modern, a two year campaign for AmicusHorizon's the Lamborn housing development and marketing communications for Capital FM's; Help a London Child, Christmas Live from Earls Court and Party in the Park in aid of the Princes Trust. Luke's 16 years of experience helping companies of all sizes to grow their brand awareness and build stronger campaign strategies through the use of creative graphic design based communications, has made him one of the most sought after designers in the area.

Simon Barnard
Director of Projects
Simon is a graduate of business and marketing from Liverpool University and has previously worked for Kellogg's in Manchester. During his time there he trained as a Sales Manager, before moving into the marketing dept where, amongst other projects he oversaw the introduction of a new ‘automated ordering system’. Since 2001 he has been developing his skill set within a small business environment when he was given the opportunity to run his own company. As co-founder of Lumisi he has a wealth of experience working with both multinational and SME clients. As Lumisi’s Director of Projects Simon is responsible for overseeing creative, event planning and online branding projects as well as managing print orders.
Richard Tallis
Sales & Marketing Executive
Richard joined the company 7 years ago after completing his marketing degree which included the first social media marketing course at a University. Since joining Lumisi he has developed his skills in the local business community as a 'networker' culminating in the setting up of Lumisi Networking, a division in which he plays a pivotal role growing the Lumisi brand image. Richard is responsible for introducing 'Social Media Marketing' support to Lumisi clients and handles all Lumisi social media output, as well as overseeing the continued expansion of Lumisi's online communication solutions. Richards contribution to creative projects is also invaluable by offering fresh and innovative ideas for both brand and event communications, through a great understanding of the sales process.

Will Ballance
Graphic Designer
As the newest member of the creative team, Will joined Lumisi after working freelance on a variety of projects, which included, branding, editorial and print based design communications. Studying graphic design at Salford University, Will focused on illustration in the final year which has always been a particular interest of his and graduated with a First Class Honours after an outstanding end of year show. With a good understanding of graphic design in the real word already and a creative flair for visualisation, he brings a fresh and imaginative approach to design projects as he embarks on an exciting new chapter in his career development.
